Latvian speaking coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic Coordinator who will be the beating heart of our services. As a Coordinator, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers and employees from all over the EU. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to your team in a variety of areas, including accommodation, transportation, contracts, scheduling, personal interaction with employees, and assistance where needed. When you join us, you'll start with a thorough onboarding process, where Covebo and your colleagues will provide you with all the training and support needed to start your adventure as a coordinator!

As a Coordinator, your responsibilities include:

• Acting as the main point of contact for our customers and temporary employees.
• Recruiting and selecting EU candidates for our clients.
• Creating and posting unique job advertisements.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with our recruitment agencies.
• Manage and update work schedules in the system.
• Actively participate in finding solutions to schedule changes.
• Supervising temporary employees in various matters.
• Coordinate and supervise accommodation and transportation for our temporary employees.

As an International Coordinator, you will feel a strong responsibility for our staff and enjoy arranging all aspects of their trip, from recruitment and registration to obtaining identification numbers and arranging medical visits, among other duties. In short, you will coordinate everything from their arrival in the Netherlands until they successfully integrate with our customers.
