Your responsibilities are:
- Weigh and mix ingredients according to a prepared recipe
- Perform minor technical repairs and carry out maintenance to keep machines in proper working condition
- Clean machines between production batches, including disassembling parts
- Report any irregularities to supervisors and complete production documentation

- Basic wage: €15.40 gross + ATV compensation €0.94 = €16.34 per hour
- Shift allowance: €3.10 per hour, paid weekly
- End-of-year allowance: €0.46 per hour, paid weekly
- Holiday allowance: 8.33% added to each hour worked
- Legal employment under Dutch conditions

- At least 1 year of experience in food production, preferably as a production line operator or machine operator. If you have experience as operator in different field, don't hesitate to apply
- Ability to perform organized and precise work
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system (morning/day/night)

We are looking for a Production Operator with experience in food production for a snack factory in Maastricht for company MORA.
The candidate for this position will be responsible for the efficient operation of production lines in one of three zones where various snacks are produced, ranging from Frikandellen to Bami blocks.
Don’t worry if you think it might be too much!
At the beginning, you’ll work alongside an experienced employee to quickly get up to speed with operating the line, and over time, you’ll gain the skills to operate all zones independently.
